The mission of the non-profit legal entity, College "Horizonti," is to implement multi-profile vocational education and retraining programs through social inclusion, promoting lifelong learning, and providing applicable knowledge and skills to those wishing to receive vocational education, thus preparing competitive, qualified professionals that meet labor market demands, which will contribute to the improvement of the social-economic situation of the region and the country.

Based on its mission, College "Horizonti" has defined its vision to implement modular/dual educational programs in medical, service, tourism, engineering, and agriculture fields by 2027, based on the following values: teamwork, professionalism, innovation, openness, the protection of justice, human rights, and equality.
