The educational space of College "Horizonti" has been operational since 2021 on the territory of the historical vocational school of Goraberejouli in Chokhatauri, Guria region. The college is equipped with modern material-technical resources and is designed for 100 students.

The school, meeting international standards, offers diploma programs annually in priority agricultural fields for the region, such as beekeeping, horticulture, garden design, as well as computer networks and systems, preschool education, and accounting.

The vocational educational institution also conducts short-term training and retraining courses in the field of agriculture and food product processing, such as vineyard establishment and maintenance, fruit crop protection, and winemaking in a family cellar.

The Goraberejouli College has breathed new life into a place where, since 1924, one of the first centers of vocational education in Georgia – the Agricultural Technical School – operated, contributing to the preparation of multi-profile, qualified personnel in the region and their professional retraining, which serves as an important foundation for the rapid development of agricultural sectors.
